BeIN Offices will occupy 1,900 sqm of space on the 8th and 9th floors of the building. The tenant was supported during the lease negotiations by the local tenant representation team of Cushman & Wakefield Polska. The landlord, Immobel Polska, was represented in the transaction by the international advisory firm JLL.
