Belgian Days is the flagship project by the Belgian Business Chamber. The 23rd edition of the Belgian Days will take place from 15 to 18 November 2021. It is a series of business events that allow the Belgian and Polish entrepreneurs to exchange good practices and experience, and, most importantly, to network. For the 23rd edition, they are coming back in live format after a year of changes and turmoil on the market, and they are bringing with them the real estate conference everyone has been waiting for – Real Estate: Today and Tomorrow.
This year, the conference will take place at the Cambridge Innovation Centre in Warsaw. Real Estate: Today and Tomorrow will be opened by a special guest – Pascal Smet, the Secretary of State in the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region, responsible for, among others, Urbanism, European and International Relations and Foreign Trade. The conference will start with the presentation by BNP Paribas Real Estate about the current situation in the real estate market and the forecast for the future. The presentation, as usual, insightful and rich in macroeconomic- data, will present a wide picture of the market to the attendees. It will be complemented by the Sadkowski i Wspólnicy law firm which will present the challenges of the law environment for the real estate investments in Poland. JLL will present a report on the residential market, which has been experiencing intensified development in recent years.
There will be two discussion panels. During the first one, the speakers will discuss the current market situation from the perspective of their companies as well as share their ideas about how it may change in the future. The second one, for the first time, will be dedicated to sustainability, as it is a trend that keeps growing in the real estate sector.
As a special addition to this year’s edition of the conference, the Real Estate/Proptech Trade Mission from Brussels will attend the event and present their businesses and goals for investing in Poland during a dedicated panel.
