Benefit Systems in Warsaw Spire – EuropaProperty

Ghelamco Poland has acquired another significant tenant in the Warsaw Spire office complex. Benefit Systems S.A. has leased space in building C and has become the complex’s third tenant and a neighbour to EU Frontex and BNP Securities Services in building B. Frontex Agency began work in its new office in January, while BNP Securities Services will move to Warsaw Spire in the 2nd half of 2015. Building B, offering the total office space of 20,000 sqm is over 90 percent leased.

Warsaw Spire complex consists of 220-meter tower building (A) and two 55-meter side buildings (B and C). The three buildings will provide around 100,000 sqm of office space. The investment is realized in central Warsaw in the immediate vicinity of the second Metro line station –Daszyńskiego Roundabout. The complex is equipped with a parking for 1,300 cars and the employees valuing active lifestyle will have access to a number of facilities, such as showers and parking for cyclists, as well as a separate ramp.

The commissioning of Building C, soon to house Benefit Systems S.A., is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2015. Building B has already been commissioned and the 220-meter Building A will be ready beginning of 2016. The project is BREEAM certified at Excellent level.
