BESTSECRET Signs 108,000 sqm Lease at EQT Park Poznań

EQT Real Estate announced that EQT Exeter Europe Logistics Value Fund IV (EELV IV) (EQT Real Estate) has signed a lease agreement with BESTSECRET for 108,000 sqm of space at EQT Park Poznań Żerniki.

Completed in 2021, the centre at EQT Park Poznań Żerniki will be adapted to support BESTSECRET’s logistics processes and e-commerce operations. The high-specification facility includes an internal four-level operational mezzanine, which brings the total usable area available for operations to 188,000 square meters and supports the efficient organisation of order picking and distribution.

EQT Park Poznań Żerniki is a modern logistics and industrial facility located in Żerniki near Poznań, in one of the key warehouse regions in western Poland, directly next to the S11 expressway. The location provides efficient access to the Poznań agglomeration, the A2 motorway and major transport corridors connecting Poland with Western European markets.

The facility is designed for large-scale logistics, e-commerce and distribution operations requiring high process efficiency and extensive technical infrastructure, and includes extensive loading infrastructure, parking facilities for cars and trucks, and a three-storey office building supporting day-to-day operations at the site.
