BIG Dzierżoniów Opens

Developed by Redkom Development, BIG Dzierżoniów officially opened on May 21, attracting visitors not only from the city itself, but also from neighbouring towns and across the wider region.

The new retail park is located in the heart of Dzierżoniów. The scheme benefits from excellent accessibility, offering convenient access for both residents and shoppers from surrounding towns, including via the DW384 regional road connecting Dzierżoniów and Bielawa.

With nearly 17,000 sqm of GLA, BIG Dzierżoniów is set to become one of the region’s key shopping destinations.

The retail park comprises more than 30 units, delivering a diversified tenant mix across multiple retail segments. Footfall will be anchored by Lidl, while a particularly strong fashion offering positions the scheme above standard market benchmarks in this category.

The commercialisation process for BIG Dzierżoniów was handled by Mallson Polska. The project was delivered by Trasko Invest as general contractor, based on a design prepared by ALFA Pracownia Projektowa.
