The rebranding of Atut Myszków retail park, acquired by BIG Poland in December last year, has officially been completed. From now on, the centre will operate under its new name – BIG Myszków. This change marks more than just a new sign on the façade; it begins a new chapter in the site’s history, bringing a refreshed identity, new energy, and ambitious development plans.
BIG Myszków will be gradually expanded, with its retail offer continuously broadened. BIG Poland aims to create a place that fully responds to the local community’s needs and strengthens its position as a key regional shopping destination. Alongside the rebranding, year-round marketing activities have been launched to enhance the centre’s visibility and make it even more attractive to customers.
To celebrate the completion of the rebranding process, BIG Poland invites residents to a special outdoor event on Saturday, May 31, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on the grounds of the BIG Myszków retail park.
“The rebranding of the retail park in Myszków is more than just a name change. It reflects our commitment to being close to people, their needs, and everyday life. We are launching a year-round marketing campaign to support this location’s development and make it more appealing to visitors. In Myszków, just like in our other retail parks, we aim to create a place that becomes a natural choice for residents for shopping and meeting others. Our focus remains on building long-term relationships with tenants and maintaining strong engagement with the local community,” says BIG Poland CEO Eran Levy.
BIG Myszków is a retail park in the Silesian Voivodeship, in the southwestern part of the city, at the intersection of provincial roads 793 and 791. The facility offers nearly 11,000 sqm of GLA and an adjacent area with 550 free parking spaces. The entire project spans an investment area of 6.4 hectares. The tenant mix includes Lidl supermarket and brands such as House, Cropp, Sinsay, CCC, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Apart, Smyk, Pepco, Rossmann, Empik and electronics supermarket Media Expert. Next year, the centre will expand further with the addition of a Bricomarché building.
BIG Poland has been actively operating in the Polish market since 2022 and currently holds a portfolio of nine fully commercialised retail parks – located in Łubna near Warsaw, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Włocławek, Myszków, Olsztyn and Suwałki with a total GLA of 175,300 sqm. In addition, the company has three development projects currently in the pipeline, located in Piła, Olkusz, and Konstantynów.
