In just over two and a half years, BIG Poland has successfully built an impressive portfolio of 10 retail parks with a total leasable area of nearly 200,000 sqm. With three development projects underway, BIG Poland’s investment portfolio now includes 13 locations, providing a solid foundation for continued dynamic growth and securing a leading position in Poland’s retail park market.
The BIG brand currently operates 10 fully commercialised retail parks in Poland, located in Łubna near Warsaw, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Myszków, Włocławek, Olsztyn, Suwałki, and Koszalin. The latest investment is OTO Park Koszalin – the largest and most modern retail park in the Koszalin region.
“The acquisition of OTO Park Koszalin marks a significant and symbolic milestone in the development of the BIG brand in Poland. It is the 10th retail park in our portfolio, which we began building with our first acquisition in October 2022. In just over two and a half years, we have developed an investment portfolio totalling almost 200,000 sqm. During this time, we have focused on rebranding, expanding, diversifying, developing and enhancing the offer across many properties. At the same time, we are developing three projects – in Piła, Olkusz, and Konstantynów Łódzki. This success would not have been possible without the excellent cooperation of our business partners, contractors, tenants, and the professional work of the entire BIG Poland team. All these factors enable us to consistently pursue our ambitious growth strategy and set new goals on our way to becoming one of the leaders in the Polish retail park market,” says Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.
OTO Park Koszalin features a Lidl supermarket of 2,000 sqm, the largest Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket in the region with over 9,000 sqm, the only full-size Agata furniture showroom in the region with 11,000 sqm, and 30 stores of popular brands such as Cropp, House, Martes Sport, Diverse, 4F, New Yorker, CCC, Deichmann, and Rossmann.
BIG Poland has been actively operating in the Polish market since 2022 and currently holds a portfolio of nine fully commercialised retail parks – located in Łubna near Warsaw, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Włocławek, Myszków, Olsztyn, Suwałki and Koszalin with a total GLA of 213,000 sqm. In addition, the company has three development projects currently in the pipeline, located in Piła, Olkusz, and Konstantynów Łódzki.
BIG Poland’s goal is to create vibrant and attractive shopping environments that not only cater to the diverse needs of local communities but also serve as a magnet for leading brands. The company envisions shopping spaces that are thoughtfully designed to enhance the customer experience, offering a blend of convenience, style, and community engagement.
