BIG Poland is expanding its development pipeline with BIG Bolesławiec, a new retail park currently under construction in south-western Poland. The approximately 18,000 sqm GLA project will feature a complete tenant line-up of 14 brands. The opening is planned for the end of Q4 2026.
BIG Bolesławiec is being developed in a highly accessible location directly on national road DK94. The project is designed to serve both residents of Bolesławiec and customers from the wider region, offering a broad mix of everyday shopping, fashion, electronics, drugstores, DIY and home improvement.
BIG Poland is developing BIG Bolesławiec in cooperation with Trei Real Estate Poland Sp. z o.o.
“Bolesławiec fits very well with the way we approach development in Poland. We focus on markets where the fundamentals support a strong project over the long term, including catchment potential, accessibility, tenant demand and a clear role for the asset in the local market. The fact that BIG Bolesławiec is already fully leased ahead of opening confirms the strength of the location and the attractiveness of the project for leading retailers. With its scale and tenant mix, BIG Bolesławiec has the potential to become an important retail destination for both the city and the wider region. This is exactly the type of selective, long-term growth we want to continue in Poland,” says Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.
BIG Bolesławiec is fully leased, with 14 brands forming the tenant line-up. The retail park will include Biedronka, Leroy Merlin, HalfPrice, dm, Rossmann, Media Expert, RTV EURO AGD, Ochnik, Maxi Zoo, Pepco, Martes, MR.DIY, Villaro and Haul Moda.
Construction is now at an advanced stage. Individual retail units are being handed over to tenants for fit-out works, while external works and landscaping are progressing in parallel. SPS Budownictwo is the general contractor, with the Leroy Merlin and Biedronka stores among the units being delivered fully by the contractor.
BIG Bolesławiec is part of BIG Poland’s growing development pipeline in regional markets. The company is also currently developing new retail parks in Piła, Olkusz and Konstantynów Łódzki, continuing its expansion through both new developments and acquisitions.
