Bonduelle Polska will move its headquarters to Lakeside, a long-awaited, prestigious development owned by ATENOR, in Q2 2024. In the negotiation process, the tenant Bonduelle Polska was supported by Walter Herz, while ATENOR was represented by JLL Office Agency.
Bonduelle Poland S.A. is part of the Bonduelle Group, an international concern specialising in vegetable processing. Currently, there are two Bonduelle factories in Poland, employing nearly 500 people and processing approximately 55 thousand tonnes of vegetables per year, which positions Bonduelle as a leader in the Polish market.
Located in the greenest part of Mokotów, the Lakeside office building has been developed with the comfort of its tenants in mind. As such, it will be equipped with a wide range of amenities, such as green terraces for tenants, a food court with a café, full infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for cars, bicycles and electric scooters. Located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, the development will be distinguished both by its unique view of the lake and park and its excellent location in terms of transport. The M1 Służew and Wilanowska metro stations as well as a large number of bus and tram stops are located near the building.
In Lakeside, nature will be at your fingertips, both in the park and in the development itself, which has been designed with the utmost attention to environmental and ecological issues. The building was already certified at the development stage with certificates from BREEAM, at the highest Outstanding level, and WELL at the Gold level.

Lakeside is a modern office building built up to the highest standard, located at 2. Szturmowa St, in Warsaw. Its total area will cover 23,844 sqm. PORR is the general contractor of the building and the construction is fully powered by clean energy from renewable sources. LAKESIDE owes its architecture to a design by Group 5 Architects. The exclusive agent responsible for the commercialisation of the building is the international consulting firm JLL.
