MLP Group continues to attract companies seeking modern warehouse space available for immediate occupancy. Borne Furniture, an established manufacturer of tabletops, shelving units and other furniture components, as well as one of the region’s leading employers, has joined the tenant roster of MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski. The company was represented by Newmark Polska in the leasing transaction.
Borne Furniture has leased 4,050 sqm of modern warehouse space at MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski. A key advantage of the offer was the immediate availability of the facility, enabling the company to commence operations without delay. The completed facility has already been handed over, and the company has commenced operations.
