Brand-new last-mile, city logistics facility set for Budapest

A much-needed urban logistics real estate development project is under construction in Budapest. The Faedra22 Park, a light industrial and logistics building of more than 14,500 sqm, offers high-quality technical solutions, flexible partitioning and the possibility to meet individual needs.

The Faedra22 Park logistics hall will be delivered, in the first quarter of 2023, as an investment by Faedra Group, a Hungarian-owned real estate development group. The logistics centre will be located in the 22nd District, at the junction of the M0-M6 and 6 main roads, less than 15 km from the city centre, and easily accessible by public transport, both bus and train. Thanks to its proximity to the city centre, the building is also ideal for last-mile logistics operations.

The construction of the new, “A” class warehouse and office building, which is characterized by the most modern use of materials and technical design, started in the spring of 2022. In addition to warehousing space, there is also the possibility to rent high-quality offices making it an excellent opportunity for businesses to create logistics centres or company headquarters. The building is expected to be completed in early 2023, the pre-leasing has already started.

With tenant-specific technical and expansion requirements in mind, the industrial building can accommodate light industrial and logistics operations in a modern environment, offering accessible, modern industrial and office space for a variety of segments.
