Brown-Forman Polska, a branch of Brown-Forman Corporation, the oldest and largest American company that produces premium spirits, has extended its lease agreement for 1,300 sqm in Immofinanz’s myhive Park Postępu office building in Warsaw. In the renegotiation process, the tenant was represented by experts from JLL.
JLL experts were also responsible for comprehensive workplace consultancy, which included its assessment of the space in terms of matching it, according to the tenant’s guidelines, to the company’s profile and the team’ needs.
“Our team is comfortable working in the very heart of Mokotów. myhive Park Postępu offers a comfortable working environment and pro-ecological solutions which are very important for us. Therefore, I am glad that we were able to establish cooperation during this renegotiation which proved to be satisfactory for both parties. We also used the renegotiation process to re-examine the needs of our employees and adjust the office space to them,” explains Renata Frelek, Office Manager, Brown Forman.
“Five years in the life of a global, dynamic company is a long time. Especially if, during this period, we have dealt with phenomena that have had a huge impact on how we live and work. And one such event has undoubtedly been the pandemic. So our client was interested not only in renegotiating the contract but also in extensive advice on adapting the work environment to the current and future needs of Brown-Forman Polska’s employees. Because JLL has a great deal of experience in these areas, we were able to comprehensively support the company during this process,” says Anna Manjura-Żytko, Consultant, Tenant Representation, JLL.
myhive Park Postępu is an office complex comprising four 7-storey state-of-the-art buildings with a total leasable area of 34,000 sqm. An advantage of the investment is its location – in a rapidly developing office district which is only a 15-minute drive from Warsaw city centre and Fryderyk Chopin Airport.
Brown-Forman Poland is part of the American giant which operates in the premium spirits industry. The company’s portfolio includes brands such as Finlandia Vodka and Jack Daniel’s. Brown-Forman has been present in Poland since 1993.
