The Hungarian unit of the E.ON Group has decided to move its Budapest site to BakerStreet, developed by Atenor Hungary. E.ON will occupy their new Hungarian headquarters from the second quarter of 2024 on 16,200 sqm, in the first phase of the BakerStreet office campus. ATENOR’s BakerStreet project is BREEAM Official Excellent and Access4you Gold-certified, ESG-proof. In the transaction, JLL represented the tenant, while ATENOR’s leasing representative was Colliers.

SEGRO has leased 10,500 sqm of space to Vilmorin Garden in a new facility in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki, commissioned in 2021.

Anna Dafna Volfovskaya has been appointed Chief Financial Officer replacing Ryan Lee, who was promoted to CEO of Atrium European Real Estate. At the same time, Anna will continue as Managing Director of the Residential for Rent division, dealing with the creation of the company’s new business line dedicated to rental apartments.
