Greenberg Traurig, LLP Traurig advised PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, part of ZE PAK Group, one of the leaders in the energy transition in Poland, in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Człuchów in the Pomerania Province, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW. ZE PAK Group’s largest shareholder is Zygmunt Solarz. This fits in with the ESG idea of building the value of the Group in a sustainable manner that takes into account and addresses environmental, social and business issues in a responsible and transparent way.

The logistics park BIK Park Wrocław has gained a new tenant. A British company operating in the e-commerce sector has leased 6,050 sqm of space in a newly built hall near Wrocław. The investment carried out by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A. will provide a total of 22,500 sqm of modern warehouse space. The facility is currently 77 percent leased. JLI Trading Limited operates in the e-commerce sector. Its portfolio includes several brands such as Bodysocks, BargainFox.com, Jobalots, and JLI Fulfillment. BIK S.A. is a Polish logistics developer belonging to the investment fund NREP NSF IV. The activity of BIK is supervised by Logicenters – the NREP logistics platform.
