Property Market Real Estate Development Ltd. is a subsidiary of Market Group, established in 2015 and specializing in real estate development. In the last 5 years, the dynamically developing real estate development company has grown into the third largest developer in Hungary, based on the square meters under construction and the borrowed loan portfolio.

Property Market is currently developing 17 buildings in 4 projects. Their achievements so far include 5 buildings handed over, 724 apartments sold with a total area of nearly 50,000 sqm, about 18,000 sqm of rented office space and 2,400 sqm of leased or sold retail space.

With the BudaPart investment, a unique urban district will be created that will create near-natural tranquillity and the modern, urban vibe of the 21st century for the inhabitants, workers and visitors. The construction concept was developed by Property Market with the Danish design office ADEPT, based on which during the ten-year investment the development of about 15 residential and 13 office buildings, as well as a hotel with about 180 rooms, can be realized.
