Building H, the 8th element of TriGranit’s Bonarka for Business (B4B), one of the most popular office complexes in Krakow, has been just handed over. The eight-storey, Class A office building with 9,855 sqm GLA has already 45 percent occupancy level, while Building F has obtained 100 percent occupancy level recently. Overall, in total more than 11,000 sqm new leases and lease extensions in the Bonarka offices in 2019 so far. Tenant satisfaction in the complex remains extraordinary, and due to strong and stable demand both in the complex and in Krakow, TriGranit prepares the delivery of further two office projects in the B4B office complex, Building I and J with 10,000 sqm GLA each.
The 9,855 sqm GLA Building H with the highest building standards has received the occupancy permit at the end of April 2019 and has just been officially handed over, extending the Bonarka for Business office complex to over 75,000 sqm modern office space. The compelling office building with a façade half made of glass has received the BREEAM® certificate at the ‘Very good’ level. With first tenants – City Break, New Work and Herbalife Nutrition – the building reaches an occupancy level of 45 percent. As new tenant and first canteen in the whole B4B complex, City Break has opened its 400 sqm restaurant on the ground floor, while New Work, one of the Top 3 Service Office Providers in CEE, has signed their office lease agreement for ca 2,800 sqm.

Due to the busy leasing activity in other buildings in the complex, new lease, renewal and lease extension agreements of altogether 11,316 sqm GLA were signed in the previous months. Herbalife Nutrition, a long-time tenant of B4B whose purpose is to make the world healthier and happier, has prolonged its 2,150 sqm lease agreement in Building C and has also decided to expand its current office space with 1 additional floor (1,278 sqm GLA) in Building H. In addition, GlobalLogic, a company providing full-lifecycle software product development services has recently signed a lease agreement for additional 2 floors on altogether 2,585 sqm GLA, and will occupy a previous tenant’s office space in Building F, so the company will lease altogether 6,465 sqm GLA in the complex. In February 2019, Hemmersbach, an international company that provides comprehensive IT services on an industrial scale, has occupied the last available vacant space in Building F. With their 326 sqm GLA lease, Building F has reached 100 percent occupancy level. Last but not least, in Building E, Vsoft, a long-time tenant in the office complex, decided to prolong their lease agreement for 1,777 sqm GLA.
