Burda Media, advised by BSC Real Estate Advisors, extend their lease agreement at New City in Warsaw – EuropaProperty

Burda Media Polska, advised by BSC Real Estate Advisors (formerly Sharman Church), extended their lease agreement at New City in Warsaw. The Company has leased 4,000 sqm on the upper levels of the building. The main objective was to provide Burda Media Polska teams with a modern office environment. The project will also include multimedia reception, café, photo studio and beauty rooms.

The New City office complex contains two best-in-class office buildings in the Mokotów district of Warsaw.
