Hines, the international real estate firm and owner of New City building in Warsaw, has renewed its lease agreement with Burda International Poland – one of the world’s largest media and technology groups. The tenant will occupy more than 4,000 sqm of office space on the top floors of the complex.
At present, advanced modernization and arrangement works are being carried out, aimed at adapting the new office space to the needs of Burda International Poland. The project has put a lot of emphasis on creating modern functional space that will provide the most comfortable conditions for editorial and creative teams. The office space will include a professional photo studio and specially arranged fashion and beauty rooms for styling and the realization of photo session.
“In line with the philosophy ‘Tenant Comes First’, the primary goal of Hines Polska is to provide tenants with the most friendly and comfortable working conditions. The effectiveness of our actions is reflected in the satisfaction of firms like Burda International Poland, which after five years of leasing office space in New City, has decided to continue cooperation,” said Julia Racewicz, asset manager, Hines Poland.
The new tenant’s office will be located on three floors of the building (the entire floors nine and 10 and half of the eighth floor).
