The modernization of a new investment by EURO STYL has commenced. The Tri-City developer is rebuilding the former shipyard office building, developed in the 1970’s, on Marynarki Polskiej Street in Gdańsk. The scheme bears its name as a reference to the shipyard’s tradition and nomenclature – “C200 Office”. The office building will be delivered in March 2016. JLL is responsible for the building’s commercialization and acts as the scheme’s exclusive agent.
Mikołaj Konopka, Vice President EURO STYL, commented: “The modernization of the C200 Office is an interesting example of using post-shipyard lands. The new investment will be innovative, comfortable and will comply with the standards present on the commercial real estate market.”
Magdalena Reńska, Head of Gdańsk Office, JLL, added: “The C200 Office is a modern office project offering both high quality and affordable lease rents. In C200, rents will be 10-20 percent lower when compared to typical office schemes that have been developed in the Tri-City area.”
The office building will comprise of 7 floors. Its elevation will be even more attractive due to LED illumination. Total lease area will be 17,500 sqm and will include Class A office space (ground floor and first floor) and B+ (the floors above). Its architects have taken care to provide its future tenants with the possibility of free space arrangement. Furthermore, the designers have focused on making the common areas as effective and attractive as possible.
