CA IMMO SELLS THE SIENNA CENTER OFFICE BUILDING IN WARSAW

Greenberg Traurig advised CA Immo on the sale of the Sienna Center office building in Warsaw to AYA Properties Fund, an investor based in Belgium.

Sienna Center is located in Warsaw’s main business district, at the intersection of Sienna, Żelazna and Twarda streets, on the border of the Wola and Śródmieście districts. The 33-metre property comprises three interconnected office buildings with separate entrances and offers tenants 20,000 sqm of office space together with 250 parking spaces. The building holds a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level.

The Greenberg Traurig transactional team was led by Counsel Filip Widuch, who was supported by Associate Bruno Jasic. Partner Radomił Charzyński, Co-Head of the Real Estate Practice, supervised all work on the transaction.

“We congratulate CA Immo on the successful sale of Sienna Center, another high-quality Warsaw office property to be transferred to a new owner with our support. We are pleased to have once again advised our long-standing client on a transaction that confirms the continued appetite of international investors for well-located, well-managed office assets in the Polish capital. We look forward to seeing the next chapter for this landmark building,” said Radomił Charzyński, Partner and Co-Head of the Warsaw office real estate practice.

“The sale of Sienna Center is fully in line with our portfolio strategy. Following many years of successful ownership and active asset management, the divestment allows us to crystallise value and redeploy capital into our development pipeline in Central European capitals,” said Christoph Buchgraber, Investment Manager at CA Immo.

“We very much appreciated the smooth and professional cooperation with the Greenberg Traurig team throughout the process. Their legal and market expertise was instrumental in delivering the transaction on time,” added Ingo Steinwender, Group Head of Legal at CA Immo.
