GN Poland, part of the Danish-founded GN Group, a global leader in intelligent audio, video, gaming solutions, and hearing systems, has leased over 2,000 sqm in the boutique office building Saski Crescent, located in central Warsaw. The company will occupy the entire third floor of the building.
The relocation to Saski Crescent is planned for the end of this year. The tenant was supported in its search for a new office by the consultancy firm Colliers, while the building’s landlord, CA Immo, was represented by CBRE in the leasing process.

Saski Crescent, a boutique office building, has recently undergone a significant retrofitting process. Along with a refreshed design, the building now offers enhanced amenities, including a gym, facilities for cyclists and electric car users, and innovative energy-saving systems like lighting control and low-flow fixtures. Approximately 50 percent of the materials used during the renovation were sourced from recycled resources. The building’s environmentally conscious upgrades have earned it WELL pre-certification for occupant health and well-being, as well as WiredScore Platinum certification. It is also in the process of obtaining BREEAM sustainability certification.
