Capgemini has been operating in Vastint office buildings in Poland’s largest cities for years. One of the largest employers in the modern business services sector in the capital of Lower Silesia employs more than 2,500 people there. The company has extended its 8,400 sqm workspace lease at Business Garden Wrocław.
“We are opening another chapter in our long-standing cooperation. In Poland, in addition to Wrocław, Capgemini also operates in office parks developed and managed by Vastint in Warsaw and Poznań. The choice of the Business Garden concept by an organisation with such a large team and diverse, advanced competencies confirms that we have created a place that supports the growth of even the most demanding businesses,” says Marek Ulanecki, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.
“The decision to continue our cooperation and remain within the complex was a natural choice from the perspective of the organisation and the needs of our employees. Both the quality of the working environment and the location’s excellent transport accessibility were key factors, providing convenient connections for a team working in a hybrid model. The new space meets the needs of a dynamically growing organisation and supports the company’s further development in Poland,” comments Anna Brożek, Senior Real Estate Partner at Capgemini.
In the lease extension process for its office at Business Garden Wrocław, Capgemini was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
“Capgemini’s decision to extend its lease at Business Garden in Wrocław confirms that its existing office continues to deliver a high standard of working environment, while the strong partnership built with the property owner ensures a high level of collaboration comfort for the years ahead. This is an important signal, particularly in the context of market data following the first quarter of 2026. In regional cities, as in Warsaw, new leases currently dominate, accounting for 52% of demand, while renegotiations represent 37% of transaction volume. The higher availability of office space compared to a few years ago provides companies with a wide choice of modern offices and greater flexibility to better meet employees’ expectations,” says Marcin Siewierski, Head of Leasing & Business Development, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Business Garden Wrocław comprises nine office buildings with a total area of 117,000 sqm, in the western part of Wrocław city centre, close to the Magnolia Park shopping centre and Mikołajów railway station.
All Business Garden Wrocław buildings are certified LEED Platinum, confirming the high quality of solutions that support, among other things, efficient use of utilities and the reduction of CO2 emissions, including energy-efficient cooling and lighting systems.
