CarCommerce, a leading Polish distributor of car accessories, has leased 3,000 sqm at A2 Warsaw East Park, which is part of Panattoni’s portfolio. Experts from JLL advised CarCommerce on the negotiation of favourable lease conditions.
CarCommerce is one of the biggest distributors of car accessories both on the domestic and European market. The company has been present on the Polish market since 1990 and offers over 1,500 products, including car and bicycle accessories, from well-known manufacturers.
“The excellent location of this distribution centre will allow us to conduct express deliveries to customers from all over the country, as well as abroad. The warehouse’s ideal location is an undeniable advantage of the investment. It opens up new business development opportunities not only for us but for our customers as well,” comments Jacek Morawski, CEO, CarCommerce.
Panattoni A2 Warsaw East Park is located east of Warsaw, approximately 24 km from the centre of the capital city. The investment is located in the immediate vicinity of the “Stary Konik” junction and the A2 freeway.
