CBRE Global Investors has won two awards from the Polish Council of Shopping Centres. CBRE Global Investors claimed the prestigious titles in the category of Shopping Centre of the Year – Best Performance for Zlote Tarasy (Warsaw) and Retail Redevelopment of the Year for the Ogrody Shopping Centre (Elbląg).
The Ogrody Shopping Centre located in Elblag won the Redevelopment of the Year Award. The shopping centre was picked out by the judges for the way it fits perfectly within its catchment area, for the strong performance demonstrated since opining and very good tenant mix. The architecture was praised for being ‘interesting with a unified concept and sense for design in all elements of the building and its features’.
Zlote Tarasy Shopping Centre, located in Warsaw won the Best Performing Shopping Centre of the Year Award. The centre was praised for its innovative approach to architecture and the improvements that have been made to improve the customer’s experience. The winning formula was the improved tenant mix and the record breaking footfall and turnovers.

The Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PCSC), was established in 2003 and is a not-for-profit association that represents more than 200 businesses operating in the commercial real estate market in Poland.
PCSC are the Polish national partner of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and European Property Federation (EPF). The main areas of activities are: education, research, networking, and advocacy.
