CBRE prepares the valuation of Polski Holding Nieruchomosci’s property portfolio in Poland – EuropaProperty

CBRE has prepared the valuation of the real estate portfolio of Capital Group Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (PHN).

The valuation enclosed 171 properties, including 123 built-up areas with office, retail, residential, hotel and industrial buildings and 48 investment lands, located across Poland. Total value of all properties exceeds over 2,200,000,000 PLN.
