CC Real Takes Over Management of Avenue Mall Zagreb

CC Real has assumed the management of Avenue Mall Zagreb. The shopping centre will be managed on behalf of its new owner, InterCapital Real Estate Fund Alfa, following the fund’s recent acquisition of the property.

Avenue Mall is one of Zagreb’s most established shopping centres. Working closely with InterCapital, CC Real will drive the property’s strategic development through active asset and property management, continuous operational improvements and initiatives designed to further enhance its appeal for visitors, tenants and investors.

Opened in 2007, Avenue Mall is situated at one of Zagreb’s busiest intersections, in the heart of Novi Zagreb. The property benefits from strong visibility, excellent accessibility and an established position within its catchment area.

The complex comprises approximately 28,000 sqm of retail space, around 7,000 sqm of office space in the adjoining Avenue Center business tower and more than 900 parking spaces. Its diverse tenant mix, stable occupancy, strong footfall and consistent operating performance have established Avenue Mall as one of the most recognisable shopping and leisure destinations in the Croatian capital.
