G City Wars Sawa Junior – an established shopping complex in central Warsaw – has welcomed a strong new tenant. CCC Group is opening three stores in the centre, with a total area of nearly 3,000 sqm, bringing three brands from its portfolio to the complex: CCC, eobuwie in a new format, and WorldBox.
“G City’s central location is today the most desirable retail address in Warsaw. The massive foot and vehicle traffic creates excellent conditions for brand growth. It is a prime location for both current and new tenants. We are pleased that renowned brands have chosen to invest in space in the very heart of the city. The changes taking place around the centre as part of the New Centre of Warsaw Program – street modernisation and increased emphasis on pedestrian traffic – will attract even more residents and tourists to the centre, boosting the retail potential of this location. This signals that a property with such an iconic character remains one of the key points on Warsaw’s retail map,” said Or Ackerman, CEO of G City Europe.
The openings of CCC Group stores mark the first stage of a broader tenant expansion plan within the complex. Additional new brands and concepts are expected to be introduced later this year.
The transformation of G City Wars Sawa Junior is also attracting global brands. In October last year, Japanese brand UNIQLO opened its flagship store in the complex. Since its opening, the store has attracted strong customer interest – from Warsaw residents and the many tourists visiting the city – and has quickly become one of the most recognisable shopping destinations in the city centre, an important element in building the complex’s international profile.
The current centre offering also includes well-known fashion and lifestyle brands such as Mango, adidas, TK Maxx, HalfPrice, Rituals, and Flying Tiger Copenhagen.
At the same time, modernisation work is underway in other units of the complex. Their openings are planned gradually throughout 2026 and represent the next stage of the consistent transformation and modernisation of the retail space.
G City Wars Sawa Junior is part of G City’s portfolio of shopping properties in Warsaw, which also includes G City Promenada, G City Targówek and G City Reduta. The largest of these – G City Promenada – will soon undergo significant expansion, enhancing its role as a modern destination combining shopping, dining, and social space. Meanwhile, the G City Targówek and G City Reduta centres remain strong convenience-oriented properties, catering to the daily needs of residents and continuing to develop their retail and service offerings.
