City Handlowy, which is to move into the Q22 office building in Warsaw, is to occupy over 1,000 sqm. City Handlowy was supported by Colliers International in the process of searching for the location.
Another office in Q22 has been leased. This time the developer of the project, Echo Investment, was trusted by one of the key companies on the banking market. The new office will be used for retail banking operations and it will be located on one of the uppermost floors in the building.
“I am glad that we can welcome another tenant to Q22. Due to the fact that City Handlowy has its outlets and seats in various prestigious buildings, it also has high expectations. We have managed to meet them and I believe that the amenities and technologies applied in our building will contribute to the comfortable working conditions of the bank’s employees,” commented Michał Żelski, senior leasing manager at Echo Investment.
“The office in Q22 will provide the bank’s employees and clients with an excellent view of the panorama of Warsaw. The new seat will certainly reflect the prestige and high quality of services offered by City Handlowy,” said Katarzyna Tasarek-Skrok, associate director in the office agency at Colliers International.
Q22 is a modern office building to stand 155 m tall over Warsaw’s business centre at the junction of Aleja Jana Pawła II and ulica Grzybowska that offers more than 50,000 sqm of leasable office space.
Q22 is BREEAM certified; it was awarded an Excellent rating with one of the highest scores in Poland in its category (nearly 80 percent). The design for the building was authored by the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio. The investor and developer of Q22 is Echo Investment.
