Clear Channel Poland is planning to relocate its office to International Business Center in Warsaw early next year. The owner of the office building was represented in the transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills, while the tenant was advised by CBRE.
Clear Channel Poland is a business division of Clear Channel International and one of Poland’s leading out-of-home advertising companies. It offers more than 5,500 standard and digital billboards and screens, as well as transit advertising.
Clear Channel Poland leased approximately 740 sqm for its new office in building B of International Business Center. The tenant will enjoy direct access to Politechnika metro station and efficient and well-lit office space with a view of Warsaw’s skyline.
