Savills acquires Knight Frank’s Property Management team in Poland
Savills has announced the acquisition of Knight Frank’s commercial property and asset management team in Poland. Under the agreement, 35 employees have joined Savills and its Polish property management portfolio has surpassed 1.2 million sqm.
James Sparrow, CEO, Savills UK and EMEA, says: “As part of Savills strategy for the development of our business in Europe, the growth of our asset and property management teams remains a key priority and focus. The Knight Frank property management team in Poland has an excellent reputation and we are very excited about them joining our business. Poland is an important growth market for us.”
The portfolio of commercial property to be managed by Savills comprises mostly office buildings in Warsaw and other major cities throughout Poland.

GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre is now fully leased
GLP announced that its GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre is now fully leased, only four months into operation.
The project offers 35,000 sqm of warehouse space just outside the eastern boundary of the Polish capital city.
GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre has recently welcomed two new users: the logistics and transport firm Adam Dąbrowa, which has leased 11,900 sqm of warehouse and office space, and Unobrand, a company that offers a wide range of services for the e-commerce industry, which will occupy more than 7,500 sqm of space. Existing customers using GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre also include Sanico and Mateus.
Magdalena Górska-Wojtas, Business Development Manager at GLP, commented: “The demand for modern logistics space in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw remains very high.”
Greenberg Traurig moves to Varso Tower
Greenberg Traurig has moved into a new office at Warsaw’s iconic Varso Tower. The law firm signed a 10-year lease with HB Reavis for 5,000 sqm of workspace in the brand-new office building, the tallest structure in the European Union. The state-of-the-art new offices span over three floors – levels 31-33 – in Varso Tower.
Varso Tower was designed by Foster + Partners and completed in September 2022. Varso Tower also holds the highest BREEAM and WELL certifications, proving its energy-saving, safety and comfort credentials and making it one of the country’s greenest buildings.
“The relocation of our Warsaw team from the Warsaw Stock Exchange building to the new, cutting-edge location in Varso Tower is a bold move that precisely showcases our strength and resilience in these challenging times,” said Greenberg Traurig Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum.

Samsung R&D Institute Poland extends lease agreement in myhive Warsaw Spire
Samsung R&D Institute has extended the lease agreement for its office space in Warsaw Spire. During the negotiation process, the tenant was advised by JLL.
Samsung R&D Institute Poland, the research and development department of Samsung Electronics Polska, has been a tenant of the Warsaw Spire tower since the building’s opening in 2016. With this extension of the lease agreement, the company will remain in this location for a further five years.
Myhive Warsaw Spire has been a part of the CPI Property Group property portfolio since August this year.
