ECE to enter Poland’s logistics market
ECE is expanding its activities in the development of logistics properties to the international market and is announced the development of a logistics project in Poland for the first time.
ECE’s first international logistics centre is being built near Wrocław. It will offer a logistics area of around 80,000 sqm and will be tailor-made to meet the requirements of future users. Construction is scheduled to start in November 2022 and to be completed in fall 2023.

Atalian expands partnership with Michelin
ATALIAN signed a new agreement with Michelin adding Serbia to the portfolio, after France and Romania. Gleeds Polska veteran to retire after almost thirty years
Tadeusz Jachowicz, former managing director of Gleeds Polska and regional director for central and eastern Europe (CEE), has announced he is to step down after 27 successful years. From January 2023 Vladimir Bily, CEE regional director based in Prague, will adopt overall responsibility for the country’s network.
Tadeusz first joined Gleeds Polska in 1995 as a senior project manager. Since 2012 he has been undertaking the role of regional director, responsible for shaping the strategies which have enabled the expansion of Gleeds’ activity across central and eastern Europe.
Commenting on his retirement, Tadeusz said: “I am extremely proud that, with my participation, Gleeds Polska has developed into the business you see today.”
