Construction to start on Pasaż Grodziski
Pasaż Grodziski retail park in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, being developed by Refield, has obtained a building permit. Its main tenant will be ALDI. Construction works will start in the first quarter of 2023.
“We are glad that we can contribute to the development of the city,” says Mateusz Świętochowski, Operations Director at Refield. “The first construction works will start at the beginning of the new year, and their completion is scheduled for November 2023.”
The investment is already 80 percent leased.
“Pasaż Grodziski met with a very positive response from tenants. Most of them will open their first stores in the city in this project” says Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, President of the Management Board of Refield.
KG Group opens two retail parks in Kraków
KG Group has opened another large Atut chain centre in Kraków. Two retail parks with a total area of more than 20,000 sqm GLA will operate under the common name Atut Galicyjska. The company has also announced the launch of Atut in Sucha Beskidzka.
“This is very demanding, but at the same time rewarding time for us, as we will be opening four Atut centres with a total area of over 50,000 sqm GLA,” says Krzysztof Gaczorek, CEO of KG Group.
Retailers in Atut Galicyjska include Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, Action, Tedi, Black Red White, Dealz, Sinsay, Lidl, Cropp, House and Komfort.
“We have successfully completed the commercialisation of the two Atut retail parks on Galicyjska Street, says Katarzyna Szabelska, Associate Director at BOIG Property Consulting.
After the opening of Atut Galicyjska, KG Group will own 10 Atut centres with a total area of over 70,000 sqm GLA.

GTC welcomes Regus to City Gate
GTC Romania has signed a long-term contract with Regus in the City Gate South Tower, in Bucharest from June 2023.

Profi extends 52,000 sqm lease with Logicor in Ploiești
PROFI has signed a lease extension with Logicor for 52,000 sqm of warehouse space in Logicor Ploiești Logistics Park. The deal, representing one of the largest lease agreements announced in Romania this year, was advised by JLL Romania.

Logistics Point Raszyn is fully leased
Logistics Point Raszyn has been 100 percent leased. By concluding a long-term contract with Peakside Capital Advisors, Beliso cosmetics joined the group of companies operating in the logistics centre near Warsaw. The new tenant will use a total of 3,500 of space.
“Achieving full commercialization of the Logistics Point Raszyn facility confirms that the spaces we offer are very attractive to tenants,” says Bożena Kaczanowska-Tajan, Asset Manager at Peakside Capital Advisors.
Logistics Point Raszyn is an industrial park with a total GLA of 31,000 sqm. The complex is currently undergoing extensive modernization.
Stokrotka moves into Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz
Stokrotka grocery chain leased a new warehouse spanning close to 6,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in Fortress Logistics Park in Bydgoszcz. The transaction was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield.
“Stokrotka continues to go from strength to strength, consistently increasing the number of stores throughout the country and adding around 100 new retail units to its chain every year,” says Mirosław Wawryszczuk, Board Member and Head of Sales and Marketing, Stokrotka.
Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz will provide a total of 90,000 sqm at full build-out.
