Adventum to buy Atenor office complex in Bucharest
Belgian developer Atenor has agreed on a bilateral promise with CEE-focused real estate investment manager Adventum Group for the sale of the office complex @Expo in Bucharest.
@Expo is an office complex comprising three buildings with a total lettable area of some 48,900 sqm.
This would be the second office project purchased by Adventum Group from Atenor in Bucharest, following the purchase of Hermes Business Campus for around €140 million.
CBRE leases entire Revolucija office building in Belgrade
The entire Revolucija office building, developed by Granit Invest, with more than 10,000 sqm of office, and retail, has been leased to one company, which was advised by CBRE South Eastern Europe.
“This is the largest leasing office space transaction on the Belgrade market in 2022,” said Ivan Stojić, Head of Advisory and Transactions Office Adriatic Services at CBRE SEE.
The Revolucija office building is located in an attractive location on the most famous Belgrade boulevard. The developer of the project is Granit Invest, a company with an extensive track record in the construction industry, while the concept was authored by the renowned Belgrade studio Zabriskie.
Cavatina starts construction of Grunmanna office park
When completed Grunmanna will offer around 48,000 sqm of office space. The complex will consist of two 7-storey buildings connected by a green patio.

The Cavatina Holding team of architects is responsible for the design of the complex. The developer plans to fulfil the requirements for BREAAM and WELL Health-Safety Rating certifications.
Atman invests in Ozarow Mazowiecki
Atman, a leader on the Polish data centre market, has purchased an investment site of nearly 6 hectares in the municipality of Ozarow Mazowiecki. The transaction process for the Warsaw-based company was provided by specialists from the Industrial Department of JLL Poland.
“Atman’s completion of the purchase of land for the construction of another data centre is a consequence of the company’s long-term investment strategy,” explains Sławomir Koszołko, CEO of Atman.
“Working on the project for Atman required our experts to delve deep into the specifics of the data centre industry,” says Joanna Choromańska, Senior Director in the Industrial Department, JLL.
