AFI Europe reports Prague’s first fully leased rental house
AFI Europe has achieved 100 percent occupancy in its first completed rental housing project AFIHome Třebešín in Prague 3 – Strašnice. All 61 apartments in the seven-storey building, part of the new Tulipa Třebešín urban district, have found their tenants. They have also all moved in and settled in. The apartments of one bedroom to three bedrooms were fully furnished. The company XXXLutz is responsible for the design and implementation of the interiors.
“The speed with which we have rented out all the apartments clearly shows the direction in which the market is currently developing. It supports our belief that the further development of rental projects has great potential in the domestic market,” comments Elena Pisotchi, Sales and Marketing Manager at AFI Europe.
Zeitgeist´s office palace in Prague has prestigious tenants
Zeitgeist Asset Management has signed a lease agreement for 2,600 sqm of premium space in Prague’s Dunaj Palace with the Czech Representation of the European Commission and the European Parliament Liaison Office. It will include a visitor centre for the public. Approval of the reconstructed palace should be in 10 months. The lease agreement is signed for 15 years, Zeitgeist announced.
Peter Noack, CEO of Zeitgeist Asset Management, said: “Palác Dunaj is a place where the glamour and noblesse of the 1920s mix with the latest modern-day technologies. After the reconstruction, it will be an energy-efficient building aspiring to LEED Gold and WELL Gold certification.”
Business Garden complex in Poland secures more tenants
Vastint has leased nearly 13,400 sqm in three Business Garden complexes. The new tenants of Business Garden Wrocław are VSB Energie Odnawialne Polska, Smartbear Software, IDOM, and Jabil Poland. In addition, two current tenants of the complex, Gates Business Services Europe and iTechArt, have expanded their existing offices. The Business Garden Poznań tenants were joined by Deloitte and Paypro SA. Business Garden Warsaw also gained new tenants, Astellas Pharma, Stadler Polska, TLScontact and United Imaging Healthcare Poland.
“Business Garden complexes, which have been operating on the Polish market for a number of years, offer excellent working and development conditions for companies from various sectors of the economy,” says Peter Chatfield, Commercial Manager of Vastint Poland.

Accolade appoints new Managing Director for Poland
