Heimstaden completes next stage of Bokserska in Warsaw
Heimstaden has introduced 284 new apartments to the Warsaw rental market, as part of the second stage of the Bokserska project. The first tenants will move in March of 2023. The Bokserska estate is located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw.
Izabela Stańczak, Head of Letting at Heimstaden Poland, commented: “With a total of 430 high-quality rental apartments, Bokserska is Heimstaden’s flagship investment in the Polish market “.
In 2023 the company is going to launch two more projects in Warsaw as well as one in Kraków. By the end of 2023, Heimstaden will have an offer of 947 rental apartments in Poland.
Chancerygate announces European expansion
Urban logistics property developer and asset manager Chancerygate has announced plans to accelerate its expansion into Europe. To drive its expansion strategy forward, the company has appointed Jason Sharman as its European Director.
Chancerygate managing director, Richard Bains, said: “We have identified significant opportunities for growth in the urban logistics market across Europe and believe now is the time to implement our expansion strategy on the continent.”
Commenting on his new position, Jason said: “Joining Chancerygate as European director is the dream role for me as I am entrepreneurial by nature. The opportunity to lead the company’s expansion throughout Europe by sourcing and securing asset management and development deals, whilst also building in-country teams and the ground resource, is my perfect challenge.”
Jason has relocated from Warsaw to the UK and is working out of Chancerygate’s London office.
Auto Partner space in MLP Group parks to increase to 60,000 sqm
Auto Partner, one of the largest auto parts distributors in Poland, has leased 30,000 sqm of space at MLP Zgorzelec. It will be the first tenant in a new logistics centre being built near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic. With the new transaction, the total space leased by this auto parts distributor and importer in MLP Group facilities has increased to nearly 60,000 sqm.
“In line with our strategy, all of our newly built facilities, including the one in Zgorzelec, will undergo BREEAM certification to confirm that we follow international environmental standards,” said Agnieszka Góźdź at MLP Group S.A.
“This move is expected to facilitate, among other things, stepping up our operations outside Poland,” comments Aleksander Górecki, CEO of Auto Partner S.A.
Europapier Polska continues in Błonie
Europapier Polska has renegotiated its lease of over 14,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in P3 Błonie. The tenant was represented by Newmark Polska.
Europapier Polska is one of Poland’s key distributors of printing and office paper, packaging materials, advertising materials and hygiene products. The Europapier Group operates in 13 CEE countries. It is part of the Heinzel Group, a leading industry investor with a global reach.
