Mogilska 35 office building topped out in Kraków
Warimpex has topped out the Mogilska 35 Office building in Krakow and the building’s occupancy permit is expected to be issued in the summer of this year. Warimpex is in the process of negotiating the lease of office space in the building.
“Our new Mogilska 35 Office development responds to the growing expectations of tenants for whom excellent location, high-class office space and respect for the principles of sustainable development are crucial,” said Jerzy Krogulec, CEO of Warimpex Poland.
CA Immo starts renovation of Saski Crescent in Warsaw
CA Immo is creating sustainable, attractive space in the centre of Warsaw. The new Saski Crescent will be a modern boutique building that combines the advantages of a renowned location with green solutions for energy efficiency at the highest level. The entire renovation will be completed in 2024.
“With the planned renovation of Saski Crescent, we will be able to offer the Warsaw office market a completely new and attractive product, while at the same time taking another step towards achieving CA Immo’s climate targets,” commented Andrzej Mikołajczyk, Managing Director at CA Immo in Poland.
Saski Crescent will be certified according to BREEAM (Excellent level) and WELL Core & Shell standards. By using smart digital solutions that support efficient use of the building, CA Immo is also aiming for WiredScore certification. In the next step, the neighbouring Saski Point office building will also be converted.
T50HZ to build and operate solar panels for Element Industrial
TESLA 50Hz, part of TESLA Group, Romania, has signed an agreement with the developer, ELEMENT Industrial, to design and build rooftop solar installations on all ELI buildings across Romania over the next 3-5 years. The first stage of the project will cover 250,000 sqm of industrial parks.
“This partnership reflects our strategy to develop a sustainable portfolio that will allow our tenants to cover at least 30 percent of their consumption from green energy,” says Andrei Jerca, Managing Director of Element Industrial. “It is also an important commitment from our side towards green, sustainable logistics that will generate long-term value for both our investors and occupiers.”
Equilibrium 1 reaches 100 percent occupancy in Bucharest
SMS Metallurgy Romania has chosen Equilibrium 1 to relocate its office in Bucharest and thus occupies the last available office space in the first building of the Equilibrium complex developed by Skanska in the northern area of the capital.
“The quality and attention to detail of the design and the execution of the building, the extremely accessible location and all the facilities at short walking distances were criteria that helped us in making the decision,” says Radu Nemeș, General Manager of SMS Metallurgy Romania.
SMS Metallurgy Romania will become operational in Equilibrium 1 starting July 2023.
