Atrium rebrands to G City Europe
In 2022, Atrium European Real Estate became part of G City, a global real estate company focused on the management and development of retail and mixed-use properties in major urban markets.
Atrium specializes in locally dominant food, fashion and entertainment shopping centres in the best urban locations. Atrium owns 21 properties with a total gross leasable area of over 680,000 sqm and a total market value of €2.3 billion including flagships like Wars Sawa Junior, Atrium Promenada, Atrium Targówek and Atrium Reduta in Warsaw, Galeria Dominikańska in Wroclaw and Atrium Flora in Prague.

Marriott Hotels debuts in Tirana
Marriott Hotels has opened Tirana Marriott Hotel, the first Marriott Hotel in Albania.
“We are excited to open the first Marriott Hotels property in Albania in the emerging capital city of Tirana,” said Pankaj Birla, Area Vice President, Eastern Europe, Marriott International. “The arrival of the first Marriott Hotels property to Albania reinforces our footprint in this dynamic part of Europe.”

Impact Developer & Contractor delivers homes in Constanța
Romanian developer Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the first 209 apartments comprising the first phase of the Boreal Plus residential project in Constanța.
The second phase of the project will feature 132 apartments, while the whole complex will have 673 residential units with an estimated market value of over €84 million. The company will also integrate into the complex a private kindergarten, a park with playgrounds dedicated exclusively to residents, but also several commercial spaces.
Impact has ongoing residential developments in Bucharest, Constanța and Iași.
Kreo and Craft to be certified under the SmartScore system
Ghelamco’s KREO and Craft office buildings under construction in Krakow and Katowice will be the first in regional cities to receive the prestigious SmartScore certificate, confirming the high standard of intelligent solutions in these office buildings. In addition, the office buildings will also be the first to be rated for technological advancement by the WiredScore certification team.

The SmartScore certification system, although it has appeared on the Polish market relatively recently, is not new to us.
