Moje Miejsce II office building in Warsaw sold for almost €45 million
Moje Miejsce II, which is the second office building of Echo Investment’s multifunctional project in Warsaw, has been acquired by Trigea Real Estate Fund. The project is fully leased to tenants such as Tchibo or NetWorks and has been awarded BREEAM environmental certificate with an ‘Excellent’ rating. The transaction amounted to nearly €45 million.
“The transaction is yet another proof of the great interest of both investors and tenants in multifunctional, sustainable destination projects consisting of both residential and offices combined with services,” says Judyta Sawicka, Head of Investment & Divestment at Echo Investment.
“Moje Miejsce II, thanks to the ecological solutions and reputable tenants, is an excellent investment product with a guarantee of stable income for a long-term investor,” said Tomáš Trčka, CEO of Trigea Real Estate Fund.
Immofinanz sells Vienna office building to Austrian investor
Immofinanz has sold an office property in Vienna. The Bureau am Belvedere building, with nearly 9,000 sqm of space, was sold to an Austrian investor.
“After successful sales totalling roughly €166 million last year, the current transaction in Vienna is another step in implementing our portfolio strategy. The sale also proves that there is strong demand for our properties in the current environment. That is why we are making very good progress with our portfolio optimisation and the stronger focus on retail properties and office solutions with a higher yield that comes along with it,” says Radka Doehring, Executive Chairwoman of Immofinanz.
Trei opens another two Vendo Parks in Poland
Trei Real Estate GmbH just opened another two retail parks of its Vendo Park brand in Poland. The properties are located in Zambrów Podlaskie and in Kraków. The investment volume is around €16.4 million. The two retail parks have a combined lettable area of around 11,000 sqm.
The two openings bring Trei’s Vendo Park portfolio in Poland up to a total of 34 retail parks.
“In line with our strategy, we will continue to expand into promising towns like Zambrów and Krakow, and will open another five Vendo Parks in Poland before the end of 2023,” commented Pepijn Morshuis, CEO of Trei Real Estate.
