Panattoni opens first logistics centre in Hungary
Panattoni Hungary has officially opened its first logistics centre near Budapest. Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint offers 17,000 sqm of modern industrial space in four buildings.
The BREEAM Excellent-certified project was delivered on time according to László Kemenes Managing Director of Panattoni Hungary. And the logistics centre was designed by Value4Real.
The first tenant is Pharma Pack, which will move in early summer. This complex will be a last-mile logistics centre for companies optimizing their shipping activity and wanting to decrease their storage costs.
Blackbrook expands its pan-European portfolio
Blackbrook, a specialist European real estate investor focusing on future-proof supply chain infrastructure, announced its acquisition of a 24,000 sqm Grade-A logistics facility in Ketsch. This deal marks Blackbrook’s first investment in Germany and the eighth market the firm has entered since its launch in 2020.
In line with Blackbrook’s ESG strategy, the facility will promote a range of sustainability initiatives including LED lighting, EV charging stations and solar energy solutions.
Jon Strang, Managing Director of Blackbrook said: “The Rhine-Neckar region is one of Germany’s driving economic forces and home to one of the largest industrial clusters in Europe.”

Mindspace Skyliner opens its doors in Warsaw
Mindspace, the flex office provider, has opened its second Polish location, Mindspace Skyliner in Warsaw. The new location spans 4,400 sqm.
“We’re so excited to open a second location in Warsaw after six years since the first opening,” said Michał Kwinta, City Lead Poland at Mindspace. “We’ve gotten new insights that helped us tailor the perfect set-up at Mindspace Skyliner.”
Among the first members at Mindspace Skyliner is an IT company, which took up an office space for its team of 70 people.
Hugo opens its first store in Poland
Złote Tarasy shopping centre in Warsaw has a new tenant. HUGO, a brand from the upmarket fashion company Hugo Boss, has opened its first Polish brick-and-mortar store there.
Cushman & Wakefield responsible for the re-commercialisation and property management of the complex, commented: “HUGO launched its first physical store in Poland in Złote Tarasy just a week after the revamped BOSS store was opened. This brand perfectly complements the retail offer of the shopping centre.,” says Karolina Mucha, Cushman & Wakefield.
