Neinver obtains Zero Waste certification for its portfolio
NEINVER has obtained Zero Waste certification for 94 percent of its centres in Europe. TÜV Rheinland recognised NEINVER’s efficient management and its capacity to recycle and recover a high percentage of the waste generated by the centres, and in doing so, avoid sending it to landfill.
Through reuse, recycling and energy recovery, NEINVER achieved an average waste recovery rate of 81 percent in 2022. Centres such as Factory Annopol in Poland, Amsterdam The Style Outlets and Coruña The Style Outlets have achieved more than 98 percent recovery, the highest possible level in the certification process.

HalfPrice opens in Centrum Janki
Centrum Janki in Warsaw has welcomed the HalfPrice chain belonging to the CCC Group. HalfPrice has opened a 2,000 sqm store in the shopping centre. The owner of Centrum Janki is Cromwell Property Group Poland. The manager of the facility is Apsys Polska.

The HalfPrice brand is expanding in other European countries, including Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Latvia and Hungary.
Trumpf Huettinger to occupy 25,000 sqm of industrial space at CTPark Warsaw East
TRUMPF Huettinger has leased nearly 25,400 sqm of production and warehouse space at CTPark Warsaw East. Over the next five years, Trumpf plans to exceed 3,000 employees. This means a growth of over 100 percent compared to the current employee count, which has already doubled in the past two years.

Multidekor extends lease at Konotopa Park II
Savills Investment Management has signed an extension agreement with Multidekor for around 23,000 sqm at the Konotopa Park II logistics centre near Warsaw. At Konotopa Multidekor has established a large Christmas illumination production centre where decorations are created for facilities located in Poland, Germany, the UK, France, Romania and Hungary.
