CTP completes 68,000 sqm letting to Mercator in Serbia
CTP has leased 68,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse space to Mercator, a major Serbian supermarket chain, at CTPark Belgrade City, which is set to be the largest logistics hub in Serbia when complete. Situated in New Belgrade the park is perfectly located for last-mile and city logistics, and when complete will comprise 135,000 sqm.
Petar Kolognat, Director of Business Development at CTP Serbia, said: “At CTP we pride ourselves on strategic partnerships with our tenants, growing with them as their business expands, which is why we believe we will continue to attract other leading businesses like Mercator to our parks.”

MCG EastBridge leases the entire GLP project near Kraków
MCG EastBridge will occupy a total of 56,200 sqm at GLP Kraków III Logistics Centre and will be the single occupier at the development, which is being built near Kraków. MCG EastBridge was represented by AXI IMMO.

MDC2 Park Gliwice announces new manufacturing tenant
Developer MDC2 together with the investor, Invesco Real Estate, has finalized a lease of 10,784 sqm in MDC2 Park Gliwice. The tenant is an international manufacturer providing comprehensive IT solutions for energy markets, service providers, enterprises and industrial markets. MDC2 Park Gliwice consists of three warehouse buildings with a total area of 57,000 sqm.
“We are delighted to welcome another tenant (a global leader in information technology) who chose MDC2 Park Gliwice thanks to its low carbon dioxide emissions, as well as reduced electricity consumption,” says Katarzyna Dudzik, Development Director, MDC2.
CBRE expands ESG team in Continental Europe
CBRE announced that sustainability expert Steffen Walvius has joined the company. Steffen will lead the Energy and Carbon service offerings across Continental Europe, expanding the ESG and Sustainability services the company delivers to clients.
Steffen Walvius has over ten years of international experience in the construction, energy, and real estate sectors. He has worked with investors, developers, owners, and managers to improve corporate ESG, portfolio sustainability and advisory on green buildings. Steffen is an active member of the RICS Europe Sustainability Working Group.
