FIRST PROPERTY ACQUISITION IN WARSAW BY DLE POLAND
With the purchase of a property in Marywilska, a prime location in Warsaw, the 2021 launched fund DLE Poland has successfully finalised its first transaction. The property is located in a district that is undergoing a transformation from purely industrial to a dynamically growing residential area.
The purchased property is characterised by an excellent connection to the centre of the Polish capital, with direct proximity to public transport and a nearby motorway connection.
The other criteria also meet the requirements of the CEO of DLE Poland, Marcus Schulz. “I am very pleased that we can achieve a best practice for our strategy in Poland with our first deal. The property’s shape and size allow for the construction of up to 4,500 flats. Not least, due to the current political situation, DLE Poland will thus contribute to improving the situation in the Polish housing market for the foreseeable future,” he commented.
