LivUp to build more PRS apartments in Warsaw
LivUp, a company operating in the Polish Private Rented Sector, closed 2023 with a portfolio of over 750 residential units in Warsaw and Kraków. Highlights include opening its first project in Kraków, moving its headquarters, and finalizing its rebranding process. In 2024, the company plans to introduce an additional project with 160 flats on the Warsaw market. The goal for the next three years is to increase the portfolio to 2,000 residential units.
Roee Shamir, CEO at LivUp, commented, “Despite the slowdown in acquisitions on the PRS market due to lower supply of projects, longer waiting times for planning permissions and high-interest rates, we are successfully securing more developments to our platform and will gradually bring them to the market as planned.”
LemonTree launches new development in Zabrze
Developer LemonTree announced that it will build Booster Zabrze, a business complex with a total area of 111,000 sqm including offices and logistics space. The investment is to be built directly at the Silesian Central Motorway.

We hope that the development will attract more investors to our region, and will serve the residents of Zabrze for years to come,” says Malgorzata Mańka-Szulik, the Mayor of Zabrze.

Panattoni launches construction of warehouse in Ruda Śląska
Panattoni has launched work on the third building of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II, which is to be fully occupied by Konimpex a company involved in the trade, logistics and distribution of chemical and industrial raw materials.
Konimpex is a company with global operations from Konin. It has offices in many European countries including Turkey, Romania and France while it is also present in China. However, the company’s headquarters remain in Poland and the development of its operations in its home market is of particular importance.
“Having a location in the centre of the Silesian urban area near Konimpex’s former base will allow the company to handle larger volumes and will improve its logistics infrastructure”, says Tomasz Sikora, the Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni.
VGP delivers distribution centre for Amazon in Graz
The VGP Group has delivered a distribution centre and multi-storey car park for the online retailer Amazon at VGP Park Graz. The distribution centre is expected to open in the second half of 2024.
The property has an area of 62,000 sqm. Sustainability and energy efficiency are key parameters in all VGP projects and were central to the development of this project.
Miriam Enzi, Regional Manager Austria at Amazon Logistics, says: “We are delighted to be opening a distribution centre in Premstätten, which incorporates more than 25 years of logistics expertise, technological progress and investment in transport infrastructure.
