Develia, IAM and Hanner to collaborate on student housing project in Wrocław
Develia and CEE Student Housing Fund, managed by I Asset Management and backed by Hanner, have entered a joint venture to develop a student residence project in Wrocław.
“Together with I Asset Management and Hanner we will develop a real estate project in the co-living sector, in line with one of the goals outlined in our strategy, concerning residential projects for institutional clients,” says Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia.
“Wroclaw development is already our third purpose-built student accommodation project in Poland. “The regularity with which Panattoni develops extremely ambitious projects of strategic importance is proof that international companies looking to grow in the region find us to be a reliable partner for the delivery of BTS space,” says Marek Foryński, the Managing Director of Panattoni BTS.
