Vastint gets LEED Gold for Sound Garden Hotel
Vastint Poland has been awarded the LEED Gold certification for the Sound Garden Hotel located within Business Garden Warsaw. This is the last of seven buildings that make up this complex, which has successfully undergone multi-criteria environmental verification.
“Achieving a high level of LEED for this property is the best testament to our approach to sustainable construction and a sign of the high standards offered by the space,” says David Pettersson, Senior Project Manager at Vastint Poland.
Business Garden Warsaw is a complex of seven buildings with a total area of 90,000 sqm.
Zeitgeist obtains occupancy permit for Solec 22
Zeitgeist Asset Management has obtained the occupancy permit for a private dormitory at 22 Solec in Warsaw. The company has renovated a former office building to become a flagship project of Zeitraum Student Housing in Poland, offering 214 beds and a common area with a variety of services.
The new student residence is housed in two interconnected buildings, which are eight and 12 storeys respectively, with a total floor area of 5,239 sqm.
In the CEE region, the company has seven student houses in its portfolio: five in Prague, one in Kraków and one in Warsaw.
Matexi selects CFE as general contractor for residential project
Matexi Polska concluded a general contracting agreement with CFE Polska for a residential project in Warsaw. The investment at Żelazna Street is the third project from Matexi implemented with CFE Polska in Warsaw.
“We chose CFE Polska due to its many years of experience in the Warsaw construction market and its reputation in the implementation of residential projects,” commented Hubert Żdanuk, Project Engineer at Matexi Polska, on the selection of the general contractor.
With the completion of the investment, 141 apartments of various sizes will be put on the market in a tenement house with commercial premises on the ground floor.
LIXA E in Warsaw receives a use permit
The LIXA E office building, built as part of the LIXA office complex in Warsaw has been granted a use permit. The building developed by Yareal Polska has delivered to the market around 18,000 sqm of modern, sustainable office space.
The LIXA complex has proved highly popular amongst tenants. The occupancy rate at the LIXA E building is over 70 percent.
“LIXA E perfectly answers the current expectations of tenants and fits the profile of a friendly workplace. The campus-like development is one of the biggest currently available in the market in terms of floor area,” said Marta Zawadzka, Leasing Director at Yareal Polska.
