Hillwood expands property portfolio near Warsaw
Developer and investor Hillwood, specializing in logistics, warehouse and industrial facilities, has signed an agreement to purchase a warehouse park near Warsaw. The purchased project is a logistics and warehouse facility just 15 km from the centre of Warsaw, near Ożarów Mazowiecki.
Hillwood Ożarów III consists of four warehouse halls with a total area of approximately 82,000 sqm The buildings are certified under the BREEAM standard. The purchased properties are almost fully leased.
“This transaction is a good opportunity to expand our Warsaw portfolio, which is part of the company’s long-term strategy,” said Hubert Michalak, CEO of Hillwood Polska.
Harden Construction completes gigantic warehouse complex near Poznań
Harden Construction has completed hall A in Panattoni Park Poznań A2. As a result, a gigantic warehouse facility was completed, consisting of two halls (A and B) with a total area of 140,000 sqm near Poznań.
The complex consists of two halls located on a plot of over 32 hectares. Hall B, which was completed first, has an area of 80,000 sqm and was built in the BTS formula. The facility was handed over to H&M Hennes & Mauritz Logistics. The second completed hall is Hall A has an area of 61,000 sqm and will serve as a logistics and warehouse facility.
“It should also be mentioned that some of the profiles used in the steel structure of the roof come from low-emission production of steel products,” said Paweł Fiuczak, Managing Director at Harden Construction.
LCP Properties opens its 48th retail park in Poland
LCP Properties has officially opened its 48th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland, which is also the fifth in the Pomeranian region. M Park Reda has a total of 4,433 sqm of GLA space with 13 tenants. Development works began in mid-May 2023, and the general contractor of the project was STB Budownictwo.
Magdalena Kowalewska-Kasperowicz, Chief Operating Officer, LCP Properties in Poland, during the opening ceremony, said, “M Park Reda is another milestone in our journey towards becoming a leader in the Polish retail park market.
