PHN DELIVERS INTRACO PRIME IN WARSAW
PHN has obtained an occupancy permit for the INTRACO Prime office building located in the Muranów district of Warsaw. The investment has been completed on time.
INTRACO Prime is a modern A-class office building with an area of 13,000 sqm. There are commercial and service premises on the ground floor of the building. In addition to its excellent location, the building is distinguished by many amenities, such as energy-saving systems and installations, parking and changing rooms for cyclists, and places for charging electric cars. The investment was carried out in accordance with the BREEAM certification requirements.
“INTRACO Prime is our latest investment, the construction of which took place during the pandemic period. Despite the turmoil on the construction market, we completed the works efficiently and on time, and the building received an occupancy permit,” said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
“STRABAG completed the INTRACO Prime building 24 months after signing the contract. This means that we have managed to complete this modern building located in the heart of Warsaw in accordance with the established schedule,” said Agnieszka Wyszyńska, Group Technical Director of STRABAG.
GHELAMCO COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF ITS OWN PV FARMS TO REDUCE CARBON FOOTPRINT
Ghelamco has launched the construction of photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 10 MW. By 2024 the company intends to achieve energy neutrality. Warsaw UNIT is set to be the first skyscraper in Poland powered entirely by clean electricity.
The construction of photovoltaic farms is a groundbreaking project of the developer’s ESG strategy and a significant step towards becoming totally energy neutral. The photovoltaic farms will be constructed in six locations within the Opole region.
“Ghelamco in Poland wants to achieve energy neutrality by 2024. Soon, we will present other revolutionary solutions that make up our ESG strategy,” said Jeroen van der Toolen, Managing Director of Ghelamco Poland.
Warsaw UNIT will be the developer’s first skyscraper to become 100 percent powered by clean energy. The skyscraper is already the most ecological office building in Poland, having among others the BREEAM certificate on the Outstanding level
“By choosing Ghelamco’s office buildings, companies which implement ESG strategies are guaranteed that their business can contribute to reducing carbon footprint,” said Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Development Director at Ghelamco Poland.
“Ghelamco will use the highest quality panels that will guarantee efficient energy production for a period of 30 years.,” added Jarosław Fiutowski, member of the Management Board responsible for ESG strategy and innovation at Ghelamco Poland.
The contract related to the implementation of the first of the farms was concluded with the Polish company Revolt Energy. Production of clean electricity is planned for as early as the third quarter of 2022.
STOP SHOP PORTFOLIO REACHES 100 PERCENT OCCUPANCY IN HUNGARY
IMMOFINANZ has just leased the last free unit in its Hungarian STOP SHOP portfolio, reaching a 100 percent occupancy rate. The newest and last tenant is Sportisimo in STOP SHOP Keszthely. IMMOFINANZ now has roughly 136,000 sqm of fully leased retail space in 14 locations across Hungary.
This milestone has marked more than 20 years of the successful operations of IMMOFINANZ in Hungary. The company has opened 14 STOP SHOP retail parks since 2002.

SAVILLS NAMED AS PROPERTY MANAGER FOR SKY TOWER
Savills has been appointed as property manager for Sky Tower, the tallest building in Wrocław, acquired by Adventum Group in March 2022.
Sky Tower is a mixed-use complex and one of the tallest skyscrapers in Poland. It has close to 30,000 sqm of modern office space, around 24,000 sqm of retail and service space, and 250 luxury apartments.
“Wrocław is one of Poland’s key regional property markets. Sky Tower is a prime mixed-use complex that will continue to evolve shortly to offer the highest level of comfort and user experience,” says Marta Mikołajczyk-Pyrć, Head of Retail & Mixed-Use Property Management, Savills Poland.
Adventum Group acquired Sky Tower from its developer Develia for €84.27 million.
