PBB provides a €118 million investment facility to Reico čs Nemovitostní fond
PBB Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €118 million credit facility to the biggest real estate fund in the Czech market managed by REICO. The facility will be used to fund the acquisition of two newly built logistic properties in Upper Silesia as well as for the refinancing of an office building in Warsaw.
The office building is known as Proximo I and belongs to the two A-class office blocks in the Proximo complex, which is located close to the Warsaw Central Business District. It offers a gross lettable area of over 29,000 sqm and is currently nearly fully let to a mix of international and national tenants.
The logistics portfolio consists of two assets located near the town of Tychy in Upper Silesia, in a major industrial area anchored by one of the largest FIAT factories globally. The properties are newly-built Class A warehouse assets; let to five reputable tenants and providing a total of 116,000 sqm gross lettable area.

Skanska named an international leader in sustainability
The progress Skanska is making in achieving its carbon targets has gained international recognition as the company has been included in the “Europe Climate Leaders 2022” list published by the Financial Times newspaper.
The second edition of the list presents over 400 European companies that have achieved the greatest reduction in their core* greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions intensity over five years.
By 2030, Skanska aims to reduce its carbon emissions by 70 percent. To date, the company has reduced its carbon footprint by 46 percent.

Panattoni now has a green portfolio of over 5 million sqm certified in Poland
Panattoni has been awarded its second BREEAM certificate with a rating of ‘Excellent’ this year, the fourth such certificate to be issued in Poland. This time it was awarded to development with an area of around 108,000 sqm and built for the DHL Supply Chain. In Poland, Panattoni now has a portfolio of green-certified properties that comprises around 5.3 million sqm and is planning a further 3.5 million sqm of space.
Located in Żerniki Wielkopolskie the BTS DHL Supply Chain development is the second centre this year to be certified with a rating of ‘Excellent’. The warehouse scored 74.2 percent.
For ‘Water’ the centre scored the maximum 100 points. “These types of solutions meant that water savings for the centre near Poznań are as high as 60.5 percent compared to the average usage model. This is indeed a lot. We have to remember that Poland is one of the countries with the fewest water resources in Europe and desertification is occurring before our very eyes,” explains Emilia Dębowska, Sustainability Director at Panattoni.
LeoVegas Group to open Warsaw tech-hub in Mindspace Koszyki
