Bosch Termotechnika sells industrial manufacturing facility

Colliers Czech Republic, advised the vendor, Bosch Termotechnika s.r.o., in the sale of its equipped manufacturing facility in Město Albrechtice to ISMM Production and Business Cooperation s.r.o., a Czech manufacturing company supplying the leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery, handling equipment and automotive fields in over 10 EU countries.

Konstantin Cordery, Investment Analyst at Colliers Czech Republic said: “We are very pleased with helping Bosch identify the right partner for the acquisition of their manufacturing facility ensuring its further use and maintaining employment in Město Albrechtice.”

The property comprises a 14,000 sqm self-contained facility with 15 manufacturing, storage and ancillary buildings located on a 4-hectare plot that was used in the past for the industrial manufacturing of hot water boilers including small components and electronics. At its peak, the facility employed over 400 people.

Alongside Colliers, Bosch was represented by Shoenherr law firm in this transaction.
