Colliers has taken over the management of three warehouse complexes with a total area of almost 180,000 sqm: City Point Targówek, Logistics Point Piaseczno and Logistics Point Raszyn. Their Investment Manager is Peakside Capital.
“Warehouses are a significant part of our portfolio – after acquiring Peakside Capital’s and Partners Group properties, Colliers will have almost 650,000 sqm of warehouse space under management. We are delighted that our extensive experience and expert knowledge are supporting our clients, who contribute to the dynamic development of the warehouse sector. Last year, the Polish market posted another record in industrial & logistics investments, which accounted for nearly 50 percent of the capital committed in the CEE region (€3 billion) and there are many indications that they will continue to be among the most desirable assets”, says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Partner and Director of the Property Management at Colliers.
All Peakside Capital’s and Partners Group warehouse complexes are located in zones of Warsaw (I and II), where tenant demand is the highest in Poland. In order to increase the efficiency of the warehouse space and bring it up to ESG standards, the owner has planned the modernisation of the facilities, which will be supported by Colliers experts.
City Point, which consists of twenty buildings with a total area of over 120,000 sqm, is located on Matuszewska street in Warsaw’s Targówek district. Two independent exits from Zabraniecka and Utrata streets provide convenient access to the complex. The location is well connected to the city centre, which is 8 km away, with several bus stops near the facility, and it is 4 km from the nearest metro and SKM (Fast Urban Railway) stations. The complex also provides easy access to Warsaw’s exit routes, including the S8 expressway. City Point offers both distribution and manufacturing operations.
Logistics Point Raszyn, located at 10 Sokołowska street in Janki near Warsaw, comprises two buildings with a total space of 32,000 sqm. The complex is located directly at a junction of the S8 expressway and is well connected with the S7, Warsaw city centre and Chopin Airport. A well-developed network of public transport provides convenient access to various parts of the city. Logistics Point Raszyn offers warehouse and production space as well as wide manoeuvring yards.
Logistics Point Piaseczno on Raszyńska street consists of two warehouse buildings with a total area of 25,300 sqm. The location of the facility, near national road 79, provides easy access to the A2 highway, the Warsaw Transit Ring Road as well as the S7 and S8 expressways, and thus access to Kraków and Katowice. The investment is situated about 16 km from Warsaw city centre and 12 km from Chopin Airport. In the vicinity, there is a railway station and numerous bus stops.
